Several years ago I made the decision to focus on only doing rent-to-own to sell/rent my properties vs. just renting my properties. It has had a dramatic effect on the profitability and management of my rental business. I talk to many landlords and some are very skeptical of rent-to-own so I wanted to discuss some of the benefits that I see vs. what I have heard from others.
